Legal Journey

Michelle graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honors in 2021. She then completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong as a UGC-funded student and graduated with a Dean’s Letter of Distinction in 2022.

During her studies, Michelle was a member of the executive committee for the TEDxCUHK organisation. She also represented her university as a student ambassador at higher education fairs.

Michelle completed a summer internship at Payne Velasco in 2021, where she assisted in civil and matrimonial matters. In addition, she has completed a diverse range of internships with corporate law firms, a multinational bank, a New York City congressman and a boutique family law firm.

Michelle provides support in civil litigation, with a focus on family and matrimonial law.
